kinda small thing i do. if u want skin to look more realistic u can use blue, green, red and yellow to highlight certain parts then blur/opacity out

one tip i wish i told myself when i was younger was to not be afraid of using overly bold colours, as they blend and turn into a real nice shadow

just kinda layering the high/low lights and blurring, until it looks like strands of hair
