the public view of her seems to just be "she's insane"
but the books reveal "she's very unstable, but also pretty reasonable" and i like that
its also funny that she's debatably much more mature than her older sister remilia

she has literally nothing better to do with her time, so she can play a part in pretty much any game
i'm pretty sure she only resolves incidents to fuck with reimu most of the time
