Folx who are working out to build muscle, when do you have protein shakes etc?
I have one after my workout but wondering if that’s the right thing to do or not?
I do weights 2-3 times a week for about a 2 hr sesh each time. Goal is muscle mass/strength increase

@_pyewacket_ Dammit I’ve been thinking bout this all day haha you’d need Velcro or buckles, foot slides in, then shoe is done up. A sickle claw toe cover is slipped on before the shoe is put on, then snapped on in place with poppers, then boot is tightened.
