In related news I feel like these two clams sitting on this lonely beach at night is a whole mood. What would they be saying to each other? https://t.co/lYVGRrQzPo
BTW I'm sure there's good, solid art theory behind all this that I'm completely ignorant of AND I'm totally not the only, or first, person to use this approach with imaginary maps - see this (and other) awesome work by the incomparable @gemmacorrell e.g. #RPBP20kin2020 4g/n
Day 19 #artadventcalendar are a couple of digital (iPad, Pencil, Procreate) drawings I did of sunsets. Interestingly I did these during a drive over the mountains one evening (wife driving, not me)- art in motion!
I missed #ArtAdventCalendar this weekend but am back for Day 9 with this piece I drew on my iPad with Pencil (using Procreate) - partly inspired by @JayIsPainting's work with swoopy clouds. "Vantage" is loosely based on a view driving down the Columbia River near Vantage :)
Fun stuff for the new academic year is on 30% off sale right now on my @redbubble store. Don't miss it!

@IAmSciArt @paperlike I've even started to play around with some more arty-art (though it's not #sciart focused at this point) because I have all the materials with me. Still working on that part...
@KristinHenry @Coni777 I drew a Sierpinski triangle cartoon/pun awhile back that not many seemed to get. Love your #sciart though!
On the 8th day of Christmas academia gave to me...
