Does my artwork feel different after my hiatus?
I look at these and they just seem different, like the beginning of something new

I don't like how much my art depends on lines but I also really like how my lines look 🤣

System Breach
The laboratory was in ruins. The Virus had breached the final barrier and formed a physical entity, which was growing bigger as it absorbed more of the surrounding equipment.

Since I've been doing drawings of this scale/detail for a while now working on them usually feels pretty comfortable. Part of my process for this project was to push my skills farther and break from that comfort zone. I managed to get very close to what I had pictured in my head.

Can I get a +1 to light sources now? I'm just going to imagine all my art techniques as RPG stats from here on

Inktober - Day 30*
As part of every mage's apprenticeship they must learn to catch* falling souls. It takes great patience as it may be days before one falls close enough. Then when they are caught the energy bursts apart like a firecracker in your hand.
