Rösti is made out of shredded potatoes gobbled up together and fried, it's pretty divine! Then if you eat it with good tartare sauce you're in for a good start of the meal!

It's a delicacy made of Brie cheese wrapped in speck (wide bacon or something). When cooked slowly you want to wait until the speck crunchy on the edges. Cutting the cheese skin will make it pour down in awesome cheese awesomeness!
