This whole scene is a corny addition to me i am sorry, and it was clearly not meant to do any good for sasusaku judging from Sarada's reaction so wtv!

In the anime adaptation of Naruto Gaiden, Sakura has no idea where Sasuke is, nor does she say anything about the Uchiha clan to Sarada.
In the manga, Sakura knew Sasuke was going to the tower, AND she still talked to Sarada about the Uchiha clan.

This one is hilarious to me nonetheless i am so sorry like SP is just insane like this 😭

In the manga, Sasuke goes as far as wink at her to make her feel better. She thanks him as he comforted her about exactly what she was feeling bad about, he smiles and blushes when he saw that she was finally happy again.
In the anime, none of this happened.
