Fun fact about me: my favorite recess activity as an elementary school kid was drawing comics with my very artistic friend.

This is Missy sitting in "Missy pose" (due to bone disease in her hip). She's 15 and a resilient gal who survived hip surgery and 2 heart attacks. The vet wanted to euthanize after the 2nd one but here she is 10 months later! still enjoying the snuggles with her owners. ❤️

My dear friend's dog, Double! She asked for flowers in the background which was new territory for me. I plan to draw more flowers to incorporate into future work. Practice practice practice.✍️😁 ps I don't know how to stop twitter from cutting off my dogs' heads.😑Advice welcome.

Hope all the moms out there had a wonderful Mother's Day! This was commissioned as a Mother's Day gift. Gus passed away at 6 years old due to cancer. Client asked me to portray the "imp" of a springer spaniel he was, hence the wild look in his eyes and the out of control tongue.
