Today marks almost 120 years since the publication of the famous #SherlockHolmes case, The Hound of the Baskervilles. I'm loving seeing all the hound-related posts on my Twitter feed today!
@LuWrites @folklorepod Here are a few close ups of the cover art for Deep Water, for anyone who would like a sneak peek! I had a wonderful time working on these, and doing research for the visuals - thanks again Lu!
@HaileytheSato Ahhh Hailey I'd love it if you wanted to try drawing this guy! I think his seedy expressions would look amazing in your style (even a poorly drawn one, haha)
@cartoonnetwork Hi there! It's lovely to see so many great portfolios being posted here. My name is Rhi, and I'm a storyboard artist and freelance illustrator - if you'd like to see any more of my work, please feel free to check out: https://t.co/SzF5Hw3xfX
Thank you, and best wishes!
#AnimalArtistsUnite - I think I have a couple of different styles when it comes to drawing animals, so here are some of the toonier ones! I tried hard not to post just dogs, dogs, dogs (thylacines don't count). Loving seeing everyone's animal art today !🐶
It's #ThrowbackThursday , so here's an illustration from a few years ago! It's based on the old belief that, among other animals, the fey folk used corgi dogs as mounts - which led to their saddle-shaped markings 🐕
I recently finished a rough lineup of characters for an ongoing personal project! ⛵ You can read more about them (and see more pose/expression explorations and random story sketches!) over at https://t.co/gg8k51tLYH
Here's another banner illustration I recently did for @folklorepod - I really enjoyed drawing this one, Black Dogs have been my favourite folkloric beastie since I first saw an illustration of one in a book when I was about 8 years old! What's your favourite?
