Onslaught! Defense -- in retrospect, this game was AMAZING! In 2010 a pure #HTML5 game like this was an impressive feat, and it made five figures profit over a couple years. Great ROI for @LostDecadeGames.

I don't really use Lyle, but I wanted to draw him. His cannon weapons probably make him the most unique centaur in Shining Force. Poor stats, IDK, third tier I guess. Git gud Lyle!

Hans joins you early in Shining Force, and can remain pretty reliable throughout. A solid archer.

He has a very Link-style green outfit in-game, but I painted him blue and gold because that's how he looks in the strategy guide or whatever that was.

Hanzou felt like he backflipped from Ninja Gaiden straight into Shining Force.

Sure he's squishy and monsters focus him like any other spellcaster, but his attack power rises quickly and he wields the DOOM BLADE so how can you not love him? Top tier.

Balbaroy is found in Shade Abbey cursed, petrified, surrounded by the undead. Rescue him and his partner and you're rewarded with the most mobile warrior in Shining Force.

His stats can be low but with the Power Ring and lucky levels he may surprise you.

I love Tao. She's with you from the very beginning, and is among the strongest spellcasters all the way to Dark Dragon.

Her stats are fairly average, but you can't beat her Blaze spell. At Level 4 it can one-shot almost anything, even Armed Skeletons!
