I first ventured into BL about 10 years ago probably, looking back some series I’ve read def weren’t it.
But the early 2000s & 2010s weren’t all bad. I was obsessed with these series & still think they hold up well for what they are.

Got the Lavi clearfile today. I have the double-sided Allen & Kanda one too so consider this set done (it’s not an official set btw, it’s just in a similar style so I call it a set).

Some other popular historical manga out there. I find it really interesting tho when series include elements that are obviously made up or fantastical, always curious to see how the lives of historical figures has been portrayed in fiction.

Historical's one of my favorite genres, particularly historical manga about real life figures. These manga are about Eumenes, Charles-Henri Sanson, Roxelana Sultana & Anna Komnene. The one about Roxelana Sultana is by the Red River creator btw. Names in the description.

No but why did the No.6 anime team had to make Nezumi & Shion look like Yullen.
And we know what NezuShion are, so my delusional ass naturally take it as a sign for Yullen as well.
