People who don't get the hype for Horimiya has never seen the chokehold Miyamura had on people for years. He was such an iconic greenflag fictional boyfriend the shojo community gaslit itself into thinking the series is a shojo.

I know it's not Fujimoto's fault, but I blame this art from him to somehow have caused the horny CSM fans to think these two are curvy.

At first glance people wonder how this is a josei but actually, it makes so much sense that it is.
Can say from experience that women love their murderous morally grey intelligent not right in the head fictional men.
See Hannibal, Moriaty, Makishima & Johan to name a few.

I know they are more famous for their other works, but are we just going to pretend Junko (Kiss him not me), Amagakure Gido (Sweetness & Lightning) & Natsume Ono (Acca 13, House of Five Leaves) don’t draw BL.
Give me more of their works in English, especially Junko & Natsume Ono.

And these are all seinen or shonen. Contrary to popular beliefs, I find that a lot of the LGBTQA+ manga tend to be seinen.
