I’ve always had the desire to read NG Life, as big of a Yona fan as I am. I don’t even need a reprint, just need T*kyopop or someone else to do a digital release. Not resorting to crusty old scans.
They actually completed this series too, I heard it’s quite good.

It’s wild just how much BL art has improved over the years.
I just picked 4 random BL manga released this year (please don’t ask me the names, there’s English on the cover) & look at how different the art is for these & the ones above. The contrast is like night & day 🤯

Yay now that Tokyopop licensed My Dear Agent, I can talk about the covers for this series.
They’re so good, def my favorite BL covers released this year. The color combo is superb 😩

Whoops someone “accidentally” ended up buying the entire Witch Hat Atelier series.
Jokes aside, glad I finally crossed this off my to-buy list, appropriately-timed as well

Halloween manga reads but you hate yourself, shojosei edition

Beginner-friendly, not horror manga to read for spooky season if you're a chicken like me (yes they're basic)

Fun fact: Apothecary Diaries is a seinen. Both manga adaptations. The current light novel series is also male-targeted.
But actually the first novel is targeted for the female audience.
Demographic change’s quite common when series switches publishers or in adaptations.

Listen, I totally get why people don’t love Daily Butterfly. The love triangle dragged on & on, and the main couple both have problems communicating so it can get frustrating.

But I like it. I think it captures the feeling of normal highschool kids quite well.

I think it did a pretty good job capturing the feel of the manhwa’s art. The original cover isn’t illustrated.
Same writer as Kiss me, Liar so you know it’s problematic 🤭
