NOW, Iet’s talk about series that aren’t shojo but can be mistaken as. All of these are shonen. To be fair, both the mangaka for kono oto tomare & nozaki-kun wrote shojo before.
And it’s not like Nozaki & Horimiya aren’t targeting female readers, SE just doesn’t have a shojo line

Children of The Whales is another interesting one. Fantastical & not romance-focused.
Again, I feel like this can be a seinen or shonen as well & I wouldn’t bat an eye.

When people think of shojo, they usually think it’s highschool romance. And straight.
All 4 of these have no romance but very gay subtext & hail from the same magazine. They all can belong to ANY different demographic & I still would believe you.

I’m thinking about buying this book but the price is so steep for a 15page booklet huhu
