@MONONOKE_MANGA The most obvious one imo is Coyote, that one is about werewolves if you haven’t checked it out.
Some vampire BLs I really like are Sayonara Red Beryl & Smoky Nectar. Red Beryl has more of a Fangs vibes, the art is gorgeous.

@zawa113CJ Yours’s a tough one. The closest I can think of is Croquis by Hinako Takanaga, the main character in this one is saving up for surgery. They’re more trans femme tho. I haven’t even read another BL that mention surgery 😅
