Erica Draco was Derek’s mother. She was cast out of her homeland, the Great Forest, after breaking the taboo of having romantic relations with a human & bearing his child. She ended up settling down with her husband, Alexander & their son, in the Valley outside of Windfell.

Julianna is the Princess of Aloseria, older sister to Jared & heir to the throne. When she’s not diligently learning from her father all that she needs to know as the future queen, she can also be found bickering with her brother.

The Fair Lady is the queen of the Wood Elves. Aged somewhere in her 100s, she still looks as youthful as a 20 year old. But don’t let her fair appearance fool you, she can be quite ruthless when it comes to upholding the laws & protecting her people.

Aurelia Blackwood is another POV character. She’s a mage & an outcast Wood Elf who lives in her magic shop, along with her raven Familiar, Cora. She‘s got a few secrets up her sleeve, including how she knows about Derek & his family.

Charlotte Regalias is Jared’s mother & queen of Aloseria. She also acts as a bit of a motherly figure to Derek. Charlotte has a passion for gardening which she passed onto her son.
