I do enjoy how I can trace a lot of MCU stuff from the comics

I like how the people behind these films go to the right creators, for Iron Man 1 they went to Adi Granov and updated Iron Man's look, and I like how IM3 takes from the Extremis arc Adi drew

The Incredible Hulk + Iron Man

lot can be said about how these films take from the Ultimate Marvel line of comics, from the costume designers, to casting Sam Jackson, the inspiration for Ult. Nick Fury

glad they kept away from the more awkward bits from the Ultimates tho
