Now's about 9:15 AM an I'm at work despite subway "eternal rush hour" now from March to mid-December, from around 6:30 AM to 9 AM and then from 6 PM to 8 PM. I'd call it like in Tokyo: ラッシュ地獄(rush hour hell) 😅
