32.4) im having too many thoughts SJDHSJHDJSH eddie loves hector's long hair she thinks he looks like a captain at sea or something 😳 she would hate me phrasing it like this but she is down ATROCIOUS

32.3) eddie's got really long hair (this is kind of a fresh hc but i cant HELP IT) which is naturally quite curly. here it's less so, but in her usual, it's slightly bristly and frizzier given that she brushes through it daily. she loves her hair :')

19) eddie is SO DEFENSIVE about taking on more "masculine" tasks in the running of her store. she insists upon doing them, and behaves as if her friends judge her terrible for doing them. she chops wood, she runs the accounts, she organises the store. baby, darling, no one cares

15) eddie in the first draft of my novel was a lot quieter, a good deal less quick-witted, and puts a heavy pressure on herself to be perfect. second draft eddie has accepted her flaws, speaks a lot of shit, & embarrasses herself REGULARLY. this pic is first draft vs second draft

12) eddie's best friends in town (before hector comes along) are annie (surname pending sjdhsjhds) and john carver. annie is the same age and they grew up more as sisters than friends, and john is a little older. she loves both immensely, but also very differently :')
