With easy grace we can see
Oh how wonderful it might be
If we could move as carefree
But then again we might foresee
Being a blob would be the key

Consume all of our attention
Keeping us from giving others
Even the slightest mention

As we dwell on our biggest woe
Riding it oblivious into the night
We must be sure all the rest
Don’t fall far behind out of sight

Wondering why I’m here
Perhaps to sort the fear
If this road just could lead
Somewhere my soul might feed
Then the cold rain would cease
And pain could find release

A celestial scene
Looking back at me

Though not really there
I know I might one day be
It’s most divine view
A wondrous sight to see

So I peacefully sit
Gazing at heaven’s door
Seeing it as possible
Makes me long for it more
