The fort suffered heavy injuries and losses, but our goblin trophy pile's grown substantially. The front moat's littered with goblins and dwarves i didnt teach how to swim 🤦‍♂️

another thing was trying brushes/tools that arent conventional or how i would typically approach a painting. it helped me find that there are things that anchor a painting like value groups and color shifts while brushes/tools can help w/ things like edgework/texture

for me it was all about getting out of my own way when it came to painting. i used to want an easel or a laptop+shadowbox combo but didnt have any $ at the time. if i can paint on my phone then theres nothing in my way to just do it

these were fingerpaints i did on my old motorola phone in 2019 i think before there was an eyedropper and you had to remember your RGB color combos
