There are probably a few "easy" bosses in the LoZ games. I want to say any Dodongo boss was always easy for me :o

Fav boss would probably be Molgera from Wind Waker solely bc I love the boss music that plays while fighting it 😆🎶

The poes! Idk why I just like these guys 😂 their designs are interesting and I really like the creepy ones from Twilight Princess! The attack animation when you rip out their souls as wolf Link was also super cool to me (call me edgy, idc 🤣)
