I think key takeaways for me are the process and the treatment of forms. The hands in particular are just exceptionally well done. Time to practice my fundamentals!

@KatNicoleB Same problem yesterday at @UHSussex, Chichester. No hand maps (good, COVID risk ✅ ) but NO WALL MAPS in hallways & junctions?! Lost patients helping each other with directions daily. Obscure ward names instead of dept names, etc. Told staff, just like I did 10 years ago! 😏
