Although not a short with a villain, a seedy bar is only as good (or bad) as the seedy thugs who inhabit it, and this establishing shot exemplifies just how good the supporting character designs are!

And on sale today is a new graphic novel “Scotland Bound, Charlie Brown”, which is a direct adaptation of an unproduced feature film written by Charles Schulz and Bill Melendez which never made it past the storyboard stage! Expect a review of this graphic novel from me soon!

The newest Peanuts graphic novel, on sale in May, is an intriguing one given its origin - "Scotland Bound, Charlie Brown" is a direct adaptation of a storyboard for a feature film by Charles Schulz and Bill Melendez that was never actually produced.

One last amusing April Fools’ joke before we return to our regularly scheduled programming: Olivia Jaimes of Nancy and Steenz of Heart of the City took over each others’ strips, with Nancy continuing the vampire joke from last year.
