I doodled myself a new icon for tumblr and felt I should post it here as well, welcome back to Lucerne-wearing-a-turtleneck hours

Idk when I’ll finish this, but for now a WIP painting of this character. Basically they use the silver plate to collect the sun’s rays bouncing off the moon (essentially stealing power from the moon because fantasy) and transferring it to the earth via their blood 👍

It’s a LOT less alien than I was expecting but I do quite like their structure (everything up until the legs is me rushing to jot down the idea before I forgot haha)

I jolted awake last night with inspiration for this design last night, I have not thought about these characters in so long it was so very out of the blue and wonderful

It's a bit old but I still like it, originally drawn to celebrate the end of finals (i.e. what I planned to do with my summer--laying around and a lot of nothing)

I was re-reading the Darksiders book, The Abomination Vault and was inspired to draw Black Mercy. My mind thought of Damascus steel but with metal and blood... how could I resist

@deadly_artin I am,, baby at 3D modeling but architectural stuff seems to be a bit more manageable??

I did a blueprint of the building and then used that as reference in Blender. It's all super basic, but helps as a base
I just lived through it via youtube tutorials x)
