In all my years as an anime vet, I've never felt this terrified while watching an anime episode in a long while.

People labelling Eris as a "typical tsundere character" is quite funny to me. Not JUST because it's completely inaccurate, but also because it reminds me of a classic LN character I'm VERY familiar with.
I'll wait til the end of the season to discuss it, though.
I think #SELECTIONPROJECT can turn out to be an underrated gem for Fall 2021, despite how niche the series is. I feel like making a discussion thread soon, but I'll wait til after ep 9, cause the storyboarder for that one also did the likes of Nana, Death Note, and Skip Beat 👀👀
What actually saved 2021 for me.
(NOT counting sequels, btw) https://t.co/oePXYnxYiX
@Sou_Shinomiya My first love when I first got into the anime medium almost a decade ago (not counting stuff like Yugioh, Pokemon, Doraemon, etc.)
No complaints here.
Manga adaptations aren't exempt from thsi. Promised Neverland S1 (NOT s2) was so well received yet it slashed so much source content. Soul Eater was a renowned classic that had a questionable anime original 2nd half venture. Plenty of other examples, but I'll leave it at that.
