by using the Thousand Armed Hundred Eye statue, Raiden Shogun manages to get rid of the unstable elements in order to gain/retain her immortality through a transformation/ metaphormorsis
afaik mihoyo never does unintentional things in the story so its kinda interesting to see the same shape of the Homa staff be used for the wings of the statue
