The movie came out in 2013. So it’s not the Oguri Shun, live action actor for Gintoki. I wonder who it is? He looks swol 💪 Also the costume looks really cool. It has a good pattern

Rewatched Ghost Ryokan arc in Gintama

The parallels for Rei and Gintoki! Both found by their eventual mother figure freezing/starving to death. Both offered food meant for the dead. The peanuts and dango. Rei died about 10 years ago. Gintoki is supposed to have died 10 years ago
