@GrayDayStudio It’s sad how much people take advantage of picture book authors. When I was younger, someone scammed me into doing 24 pages, including hand lettered text, for $200. Even as a 10-year professional illustrator, I regularly get people asking $20-30 for illustrations like these:

@_sesart_ It depends, but I like to do details watercolors (such a time investment haha). This one took about 20-25 hours and was completed across five weeks!
