The comic cuts this brief scene of Fred and Daphne in the Egyptian wing of the museum.
Fred offers Scooby a Scooby Snack. In the show, the Scooby Snacks are generic, amorphous kibble shapes. In the comic, they're shaped like bones.
In the show, Daphne calls Shaggy "the swingingest gymnast in school." In the comic, she (or possibly Velma?) simply says he's "the swingingest."
Fred's dialog in the show is given to Shaggy in the comics, which make Shaggy seem like a much more active and enthusiastic mystery solver.
The comic didn't capture this equally iconic moment, but I do love Scooby shushing everyone. They are in a library after all!
