They're afraid of being alone because their imagination is wild and can swallow them. They get bored easily and they also fall in love easily. Also majority of people with different colored eyes are actually apparently Geminis.

I love how the depth of Kokichi's character applies to his sprites too. A lot of people don't even notice the difference between these two. He uses each of them in specific situations and it's quite fun trying to figure out what they mean. Here are some examples. (1/4)
