His name is Serbis, he's the Poison Type Gym Leader of Brightbrustle Town.
He's the typical loner that prefers to stay on his own, he loves his friends but his personality doesn't let him show it well.

If Gearbox isn't going to give us evil Maya I shall draw her myself. I tried to make her look like the evil Lilith as much as I could and instead of wings, I gave her signature phaselock

Well, as a spoiler for the next pic, I admit when I played DLC4 and talked to Maya, when she mentioned the whole thing missing out on being evil, I felt taken in account, because well... I have these drawings I did between November and March, and even an entire fic too so...
