Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle are in love and are low-key inseparable, think Spinnerella and Netossa or Ruby and Sapphire vibes. That's really all I have developed of them so far lol
I kept Scootaloo's disability but otherwise drew more from g3 for her design.

the main character would be Skywishes, and I'd carry on the two generation long tradition of alicorn-ifying her (however it'd be closer to Twilight's than Sunny's)
