This is a repost, but I’ve needed this reminder lately, so I thought some of you might need it too! 💕 Those of us with chronic illnesses or mental illnesses, it’s okay to have days where all you do is survive. The pressure on yourself will only make things worse.

This was the first thing I ever drew on Procreate, and even though it’s a little rough, I still think it’s cute. I’ve been playing more Pokémon Mystery Dungeon lately. What have you guys been playing? 💕
