I was talking to @leechdoctor about the Batman games made for the Amiga/Spectrum/Commodore etc. in the 80s (don't ask why), and let on an *audible* 'oh noooooo!' when I stumbled upon the bad ending of the second game, because YOU REALLY CAN'T HAVE SHIT IN GOTHAM 😭

Batman loves him too much to know how to kill him' thing, which is what the story was ACTUALLY about. I mean, Judd Winick even spelt this out a few issues before UTRH by having Bruce hallucinate Jason saying that he could never stop him because he "loves him too much".
