Speaking of that Teen Titans issue, that final line raises another interesting point. A lot of people mischaracterise Jason as believing his actions are completely righteous. But it's clear from this moment that he's self-loathing and thinks he's a bad person. He doesn't think-

-changed and moved on, but he's still frozen in the place he was when he was 15. the implications of him writing his name on the wall in blood are obvious - he wants someone to acknowledge that his *existence matters*. also that "would i have been a better person?" line really-
