my favourite trope is when a character purposely messes up someone's name for fun and only during a moment of weakness and pain will they earnestly call that friend's name correctly

interesting how akaza's perception of weak people was actually people who resorted to cheap tricks like poisoning wells and backstabbing instead of being physically weak like koyuki. it was only bcuz time as a demon diluted his mind and soured his original perception
