Land adjacent to the River Bride clearly marked on old maps as ‘Liable to Floods’ was built upon and the natural river course altered to suit development. Years later the taxpayer will fix the damage in the form of flood relief & what remains of the river will be destroyed. #cork

This page started out about drawing and then became all about a little river. I see kids fishing in the Bride occasionally and I once saw a guy fishing in the Blackpool Retail Park in full angling outfit. Perhaps he was doing a survey. #cork
