Regional Vaporeon (Water/Flying) (I haven't come up with a region name!)

An evolution of Eevee that was selectively bred to deal with the ongoing problem in the outskirts: Smoke-Type Pokémon. These winged Vaporeon are positioned near city walls to keep any threats out.

Acryleon (Plastic)

An evolution of Eevee consumed by the perception of purification of this region's society. Its body has become as tough as plastic, able to withstand many forms of damage. A wonderful companion for your children who wish to feel safe in the city!

Plumeon (Smoke)

An evolution of Eevee consumed by the smog of the outskirts of this region's civilization. Its mane is shrouded in a plume of smoke, able to conceal itself from potential predators, or choke out enemies. An essential companion in your perilous journey outwards.
