if you all like the sonic boom show for breaking the fourth wall so much, you should see the comics
im convinced rouge is either a freaky 1/3rd human-bat experiment gone wrong, she's balding at the ripe age of 17/18, or...her design is just silly
people often associate toei sonic with very straight, upward-facing spines, but his spines (and his design as a whole) is much more stylized and intentional than that. they're often only that way if it works with the flow of the pose.
