It's a common trope for #superhero comics to introduce a new hero character, and there is a misunderstanding, and the other heroes mistake them for a new villain, and they have to fight it out. For those of you who've run superhero RPG games, how often have you done this?

• Overheard Araki in the Ghostly Minstrel tavern common room talking to a dwarf; the PCs confronted him; he was rude and told them it was just a job and they should stop bothering him and get the hell out; the dwarf tried to pretend like the convo wasn't happening.
