My WIP for #SundayFishSketch and it’s still late!! Hopefully this will at some point turn into a white spotted pufferfish whose males create lovely patterned nests in the sane to attract mates.
#FishFactFriday: Lizards of the genus Phrynosoma ( Horned Lizards) have an interesting defense mechanism. When threatened, they shoot blood from the corners of their eyes by restricting blood flow leaving the head, which increases blood pressure and ruptures tiny vessels. (1/2)
#FishFactFriday: Barrel eye fish have a translucent head made of jelly so that their eyes can look up and see through their skull!
P.S. Please wish me luck on the LSAT tomorrow!
#FishFactFriday: The first fish to undergo chemotherapy was Bubba, a giant grouper at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago! He developed a malignant growth on his forehead. The chemo was successful!
