fun fact: K’ can manipulate fire out of thin air similar to Kyo Kusanagi, but only from his right hand. due to K’ not being a descendant from the Kusanagi clan, he doesn’t have control over his own flames, hence the one glove he wears.

fun fact: in an interview, the staff commented on the “no smoking” statement on the back of his jumper. it’s not to say Billy doesn’t smoke, but rather something he randomly found in the city. he didn’t pay for it either 👀
