Speedpaint/Value study I did for an idea I had a while back. A big male Iguanodon is not happy to find a Baryonyx approaching the drying river. Baryonyx just wanted to fish, sheesh!
Daemonosaurus and Vancleavea, curious of each other.
I did this illustration a long time ago and I still like it.
Tweaking and refining several pieces of mine for… reasons I can’t say much about yet. So I was checking several of them in grayscale, here are a few.
Morning warmup sketch. One of my favorite non mammalian cynodonts, Trucidocynodon riograndensis from Late Triassic South America. A good-sized carnivorous Ecteniniid cynodont that was a small Triassic tiger. Perfect for #WorldTigerDay
Finally got “Sharks Of The World” by Ebert, Dando and Fowler. Very well written, informative and beautifully illustrated (I think Marc Dando did the illustrations). Comes very much in handy for me right now. I highly recommend it. #books
I need to finally finish and now revise this old reconstruction of Tianyulong at some point.
Very quick rough sketch (including value study) for an idea I just had. A couple of Bonapartenykus mobbing a Quilmesaurus. I just had to sketch this composition before I forgot the basic idea.
