Quick morning warmup sketch. Protanystropheus antiquus basking. This is one of the lesser known Tanystropheids from the Middle Triassic of Europe. It had a long neck, but much shorter than Tanystropheus. The Triassic just had the coolest animals #paleoart #sciart

Study of resting Limusaurus inextricabilis with quite a bit of speculative fluff. It was an elaphrosaurine noasaurid, a group of odd, slender and small to medium #dinosaurs. It was toothless (when adult) and had very reduced arms (here hidden under plumage) #paloeart #sciart

I need to step away from all the commissions I am currently working on and my in-prep book, so I had to quickly do a 10 minute speedpaint of Zhenyuanlong, a small/medium-sized dromaeosaur from China #paleoart #sciart Also because it is #DinosaurDay AGAIN!
