In preparation for Art Fight I've been spiffying up some of my characters on the site, in particular revamping the thumbnail icons cus I was slacking on those. Drawing them in the same style I drew my pfp in, I love how cohesive it all looks.

New pfp time :>

Pixies are created when magic infests a plant/fungus. They are short-lived but common, and kept occasionally as pets. They are very cute and I'm giving every one of them a little kiss on the head.

A Bilophosaurus to celebrate pride.

I did a timelapse for this one too. You'll notice the shading didn't really get done in this because I ended up just switching to SAI lol. Still need to find a way to shade in CSP that I like, it's the thing holding me back most from the program.

Mimodactylus, aka looooong wings. Got more detailed than usual with this one, and gave it a fun little fleshy crest seeing as that's something I've not done with a pterosaur before.

@Philoceratops In retrospect it would have been nice to refer to the colours I did for the male that one time to make em matchy after I'd finished the linework. Though tbf I referenced him off of a real seabird that I've already forgotten.

@Philoceratops Drawing a lady instead cus I've drawn a male before and I imagine most people replying are too. She's going for a nice walk :)

Practicing in CSP more with a pterosaur, Dimorphodon. Still need to find some better analogies for brushes I'm used to from SAI2. I did use the fancy timelapse feature for this one though, see it in replies.

Might as well post the current WIP in case I never work on it again, as is so often the case with my WIPs. Trying to develop better painting skills.
