Occasionally I think how I'd do a 3D Castlevania-type of game.
That idea hasn't gone too far other than some character concepts, but it's in the back burner.

While I'm busy with the commissions and recent chapter, have some more or less cursed warmups of the main character.

There was a short period when I considered Helle with brown hair, so everyone could be lined by tone. While it doesn't look bad, it felt a bit forced and in my opinion she looks better blonde.
Distinguishable eyes and silhouettes were also important, since they wear same uniform.

When designing the main characters for Lotta Svärd, I didn't want anyone to look super Finnish.
That's why Taimi has brown eyes + blonde hair combo, not that uncommon, but different.
Lahja in the other hand has white hair adding fun "anime" variety to the cast.

Rurufon from From Software's "Shadow Tower"-games, said to be prototype Crossbreed Priscilla, but I don't see the connection other than the horns and scythe.
She even wears shoes! (Not shown in this drawing)
