Happy birthday to the late, great Steve Gerber! Always delivered insane, madcap ideas, but always with a purpose and a strong social conscience behind them.

He also did books he doesn't get enough credit for. His Guardians of the Galaxy run was short but amazing while it lasted.

There are What If episodes I really like... Captain Carter, T'Challa as Star-Lord and the Dr. Strange episode come to mind.

The Marvel Zombies episode, though... oof. If there's a place where goofy MCU comedy doesn't belong, it's during the Marvel Zombie Apocalypse.
