Got the time to finish up Lancer's walk animation, not too sure about this one

I have no idea why people have been drawing ralsei with a gun but the idea seemed funny to me so I thought why not animate ralsei bringing out a gigantic minigun for the hell of it lol

Here's a Before and After of something that made me raise and eyebrow and said "are you serious? lol"
this is one of joe's moves from kof98um but unfortunately the artist in question took reference from fatal fury too much and applied that type of shading instead.
