This is actually a bit of a mix up since this is a complete character of mine,Yuriteki, who just so happens to be a Yurei. So in this case the design is not supposed to be a single example of a yokai. She's mostly based off the Okiku Yurei.

My absolute favorite yokai. Just a very cool concept of a ghostly woman with deadly abilities of ice. I love how differently they can be depicted in both powerset and characterization, but I wanted to make mine look icy and mysterious.
